Ten27 Group is a real estate investment, development and management firm with a heavy focus on the Midwest. Our objective is to create lasting value in the communities we invest in by seeking high-yielding opportunities that benefit all stakeholders. We are principally focused in the multifamily, commercial and industrial markets and our strategy comes in a variety of forms such as fixed income, value-add and new construction.
