Ten27 Group: Our Story and Mission
Ten27 Group is a Cincinnati based real estate investment, development and management firm. We focus heavily in the Midwest and Southeastern regions. Our objective is to create lasting value in the communities we invest in by seeking high-yielding opportunities that benefit all stakeholders. We are principally focused in the multi-family, commercial and industrial markets and our strategy comes in a variety of forms such as fixed income, value-add or new construction.
Our customers are the stakeholders in each of our projects. Whether you are an investor, tenant or member of the community we invest in, your interests are our priority. We pride ourselves on doing the right thing first, then delivering optimal results second.

How The Process Works

The first step in connecting is to fill out our Ten27 Investor Club form. You will receive an email with a link to set up an introductory call that will allow us to learn more about you and your goals!
Learn
While we believe real estate is one of the best investment vehicles the market has to offer, it may not be for everyone. We will help you make an informed decision if investing is right for you.
Invest
After you learn the details of passive investing in our deals, we'll help you find an opportunity that aligns with your goals. Once we do, we'll get you started on the official investment process.
Earn
Our deal structures vary depending on the project. Preferred returns and healthy equity splits are common for most. If you like the deal, invest! After that, sit back, relax and cash checks!
