Mitch Renda
Mitch focuses on strategic analysis as well as investor relations. His approach to underwriting/modeling and deal analysis is done through an optimization lens. His background in financial modeling and strategic business development within fortune 100 companies helps him target value-add that is not currently implemented under the ownership of the properties we evaluate and implement those programs to achieve an optimal NOI. Mitch has experience successfully executing value-add business plans on several projects. He takes an optimization and value-creation approach to his valuation of prospective deals and creation of business plans. He most recently co-founded Ten27 Group, a real estate investments firm. Mitch graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. He spent multiple years in FP&A and Financial Management roles at General Electric and Honeywell, two Fortune 100 companies. In his last roles with Honeywell Intelligrated, Mitch served as Income Statement Leader for the $3B company. He also stepped in as Director of FP&A and managed a team of four.
Kevin Renda, CPA
Kevin focuses on strategic analysis and operational oversight. His approach to underwriting/modeling and deal analysis is done through a risk sensitive lens. His background as a CPA helps him to better understand the dynamics between various aspects of financial models including some of the more complicated line items such as property taxes. Kevin has experience successfully executing value-add business plans on several projects. He takes an analytical and risk-sensitive approach to his valuation of prospective deals and creation of business plans. He most recently co-founded Ten27 Group, a real estate investments firm. Kevin graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Data Analytics. He is a licensed CPA and began his career at Ernst & Young in Chicago, Illinois where he served both public and private clients in various industries including Real Estate, Architecture, Retail, Manufacturing and Software. As a CPA at EY, he focused on audits of the Revenue, Asset and Equity accounts for his clients. He was responsible for testing various accounting and operational business processes for his clients.
