Learn about our journey and why we can't wait to work with You!
Ever since we were kids, we dreamt of careers in Real Estate. We would spend hours doodling buildings, watching real estate shows and even building our very own virtual cities on games such as SimCity. We always felt connected to the tangible presence of Real Estate but never knew exactly how it would play into our futures. Needless to say, we found our path. We love taking our passion for Real Estate, sharing it with others and allowing them to figure out exactly what roles it can play in their own future.
About Ten27
Ten27 Group was founded by Mitch and Kevin Renda in pursuit of their passion, real estate. They take a keen focus on value-add deals in the Midwest. They pride themselves on finding the inefficiencies in multifamily properties and optimizing the asset to its fullest capabilities. They both have strong backgrounds in finance and accounting which combine ideally with the optimization of real estate assets. They began the business with a focus on targeting dilapidated multifamily and commercial assets and strategically renovating/repositioning those assets.
Ten27 holds a unique advantage being that both Mitch and Kevin come from backgrounds dealing exclusively with financial analysis and modeling. Both possess unique approaches to underwriting. While Mitch underwrites and analyzes deals from an optimization approach, Kevin takes a risk-averse approach with an emphasis on ensuring there are no vulnerabilities. The combination of these two approaches provide for a well-balanced deal that has been effectively optimized and excessively stress tested.
We have successfully created multiple diverse, cash-flowing income streams. Our goal is to present these types of opportunities to others who want their money to work for them as ours does for us. Real Estate differentiates itself by providing an array of benefits that aren’t achievable through traditional asset classes such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc. Whether you are a seasoned Real Estate investor or you are preparing to dive into your first deal, you are in the right place!
Check out the Learn section of our site and find out what role Real Estate can play in your future.
